You know you need to save money on groceries.
You’ve downloaded ibotta, you know where to find coupons, but now what?
You don’t want to eat rice and beans for the rest of your life, but you don’t know what meals will fit your budget.
Don’t worry, I got you covered.
I’ve rounded up over 10 different meal plans featuring healthy, budget-friendly meals!
- Substitute! – If there’s ingredients used that you don’t like, just omit them (if possible) or check online for a good substitute.
- Leftovers! – Find a meal plan you like that’s for 4 people, but there’s only 2 people in your family?! Just keep the extra for leftovers!
- Spice! Spice! Spice! – If you want to add some pizazz to meals, just add spices! You can get spices for cheap at Asian markets or the dollar store! My favorites are: black pepper, red chili flakes, and ginger.
